The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:
Serve as group leader to client relations team as well as order entry clerks. Provide customer service to all assigned customers/accounts. Respond to all communication (e.g. email, text messages, phone calls, faxes, and letters) from customers and acts accordingly. Maintain and increase customer satisfaction by prompt responses. Communicate with Kapco management to escalate critical customer issues, as necessary. Evaluate customer purchase orders and releases for delivery date compliance during contract review. Proactively advise customer of any changes to original commitments and follows up until completion.
Lead cross-functional teams that focus on managing our strategic customers. Coordinate employee actions for client relations & order entry team to include evaluations, discipline, training, testing, and career development. Participate on improvement teams as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
