Starting Salary: Depends on experience.

Required Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Required Experience: 3 years of recent payroll experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now / HRB is required.

Kapco Inc. is looking for a Payroll & HRIS Specialist at our Milwaukee area location. The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:
Process and administer weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now for all employees. Be viewed as the company’s subject matter expert for payroll. Perform routine audits to assure that benefit and payroll transactions are documented and processed accordingly.
Responsible for weekly Time & Attendance tracking, provides support to employees and supervisors. Manage company’s vacation policy. Answer employee questions on their vacation policy or balance. Enters and maintains various records into payroll/HRIS system.
This position is the primary point of contact for HRIS questions, issues, updates and changes. Act as a resource to employees for guidance or answers on general questions related to policies, payroll and other related issues.
Prepares periodic reports for management as necessary or requested. Assists in development and implementation of new employee policies and procedures. Complies with all applicable Federal, State and local laws pertaining to Human Resources. Support HR Team in all areas of Human Resources as needed. Other duties as assigned.
