Required Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in technical sales in a metal stamping or fabrication environment.

The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:
Develop new business while servicing existing accounts in conjunction with Sales Team. Provide on-site customer technical support and services. Build relationships with key client personnel (Engineering, Purchasing, and Project Leads). Participate in project status updates and program management. Develop and support quote process, costing estimating, pilot / prototype procurement, and system EM-BOM activities. Drive cost reductions and VAVE (Value Add-Value Engineer) projects with client. Educate client on Kapco process capabilities and technology. Maintains and increases customer satisfaction by prompt responses. Grow business with existing accounts to secure maximum retention, renewal sales and increase sales revenues. Proactively advises customer of any changes to original commitments and follows up until completion. Participates on improvement teams as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
