Steward to the Southeastern Wisconsin Community.
Our Why
Our Why. Creating a Culture of Belief.
Kapco Chairman & CEO Jim Kacmarcik believes in a bright future and the ability to build it together.
We believe in the power of togetherness and connections … and that small acts of kindness inspire great change.
We are charged by paying it forward and inspiring others to pay it forward. As a company – and as individuals – we believe there is no single greater reward than giving back to the community that has embraced our business for so many years. That’s why Kapco’s philanthropy ranges from quietly impacting the lives of neighbors in need to high-profile public endeavors such as toy drives, camps, and fundraising efforts.
Our People. Our Community.
Our Philanthropic Initiatives
Power of Humans gives everyone a platform to share kind acts and fun moments that bring a little joy and inspiration to all of us.
Kids2Kids Toy Drive provides new toys to children in need and facing adversity. By giving back and teaching kids about the spirit of giving, we ensure ever kid has a memorable holiday.
Camp Hometown Heroes is a free, week-long overnight summer camp for children and siblings of fallen U.S. Service Members.
Camp Reunite provides hope, healing and resiliency by strengthening the bond between children and their incarcerated parent.
Grand Slam Charity Jam is an annual benefit aimed at raising critical funds for important programs for children facing trauma.
