Earlier this year, Kacmarcik Enterprises, along with our partners Bear Development, announced Iron District MKE a transformative sports and entertainment district that will bring Milwaukee its first professional outdoor soccer franchise and a new entertainment venue operated by the Pabst Theater Group – in addition to a variety of residential, hospitality, retail, and food and dining developments.
