With Mitsubishi 20kW fiber laser power and Astes 4 automated de-nesting enabling full lights-out production, Trumpf 12kW lasers with automatic sorting for 24/7 unattended operation, and Bystronic 15kW versatility, we are equipped to handle a broad range of materials and part complexities with ease.
Our fiber laser cutting capabilities maximize throughput on materials up to 1-inch thick while minimizing waste and reducing cost.
Supported by 17 brake presses ranging from 40T to 250T and 4-foot to 12-foot beds, our forming operations allow us to produce complex parts with precision and shorter lead times.
Welding

Our welding operations are AWS compliant with multiple CWIs, an on-staff Level 2 Inspector and advanced safety equipment at each welding station.
